Making mud pies at 10pm

Colouring masks

Baking muffins

And probably most excitingly, having our 20 week scan. We opted for a growth and check of placenta position type scan rather than the full anomaly scan and all was good. I was fascinating to see the ridge shape on my uterus which is from where I'd been having Braxton-Hicks contractions all morning! We're having our third baby girl, who will be called Miranda Marjorie Erica. Marjorie is after Chris' Nana, Erica is after my Granddad, Miranda means 'admired'.
Finally, the presence of this baby actually sinks in for me, it just wouldn't for a while. I think because of the many many unpleasant things people had been saying to me about having three children. It was like when you're pregnant for the first time and everyone tells you horror stories of child birth! I can't wait to meet her now, I feel nest-y and we're planning to dig out the baby clothes tomorrow!
